Mar. 24th, 2006 07:48 amSO I didn't get to the bar last night because Nikki and I weren't getting very far with my website and we were watching FMA. I wanted to go to the bar too, but I can't actually be in three places at once.
I nearly killed myself driving home because the fog was so bad. I got up late this morning thinking my Dad would be leaving later since it's Friday and stuff but I got downstairs and he said we had to leave right away because he had a meeting at 7:30. This means no breakfast for Teri, I didn't have time to pack a lunch and also, my co-op advisor is calling from 11:30 to 1, so I can't go for lunch until 1. I'll probably head over to Shell's little snack bar café place at around 10. To make my day more complicated, I have no bus tickets because I forgot to buy more yesterday, so I'll have to get those at some point. Fridays aren't supposed to suck!
I'm bitter too because Amy had the day off yesterday and was all, "look what I did Teri" and showing me drawings and stuff and I would kill to have just one free day. My e-mail is reminding me that I have to go pay the United Way for the privilege of wearing jeans today ...
On another note, the people from the FLASH club sent me this:
For those of you that don't know, I was not in Guelph during the FLASH club elections, so I sent an e-mail with my speach to Tabby and she cut out a picture of my head. Now, apparently this picture of my head was 'cute' in the oringinal picture but by the time Tabby blew it up to life size ... well, you see. So now there's a running joke in the office about my head and they just happen to have my head lying around glued to a popsicle stick. You can see the possibilities for abuse. Granted, I nearly died of laughter when I saw this, but that's beside the point.
As an FYI, the board was made by the club for the college royal festival that takes place on the Guelph campus each year. The ribbon is apparently something we won as the best CSA club display or some such.
Anyways, this post is getting very long by my standards, so I'll stop now. I think I'll stop at the used CD store on my way home from work today; buying things will make me feel better. I think I'll go to Northland on Saturday too depending on when I get back from the stable ...
