I think I like it here - I feel really comfortable for some inexplicable reason and I actually have managed to read all the useless time waster stuff they've given me to look at. Normally on the first day at a new job, I'm asleep by 11 because all they have for me to do is read crap but this crap is actually interesting.
I know I can live up to what they expect of me.
This does, however, mean that I will likely be spending less time on the internet this semester. They also purport to watch my internet traffic.
The only downside so far is that the three woman next to me are crazy noisy but they're going to move me across the floor later on this week since that's where my supervisor lives.
