Okay Canada, finally getting around to the green tax. Good plan. But what makes you think it's a good idea to exempt the pumps? You can't tax some gas and not other gas; that's just going to make people mad. They're going to be mad anyway so suck it up and tax it all.

A plan for a skyscraper in Dubai was released today where they're going to use wind power to facilitate the rotation of the building's floors. It's neat.
